My story starts from a very early age in my teenage years. It all started with the aspiration to be an entrepreneur and to live the American dream. As most of you know this can be a long road and does not develop over night. I had an amazing opportunity during high school, I couldn't pass up. Upon graduation of high school I graduated the fire academy and received my EMT. As a third generation Firefighter/EMT I was destin to serve the public. For it flowed in my veins. Starting at the age 18 and just two months after graduation from High School I started working along side my father and grandfather for the Roy City Fire Department. Right out of the gates I was driven wanting to work every available hour to serve my community. I went on to work for multiple Fire Department Organizations and to further my education and certifications. During this time I got married to my high school sweetheart that I had been dating since I was 15 years old. Now working a full time job for Ogden City and three part time jobs to take care of my family I had met my goals for the public service. From my teenage years and through early adulthood I also strived to learn about all aspects of all kinds of trades. Including by not limited to flooring, landscaping, snow removal, excavation, concrete, real estate, earthwork and land development. At the age of 25 my wife and I took the plunge of going into business for ourselves. We had just had our second son and money was tight. We were terrified!!! Who wouldn't be right? We opened our doors as Becraft & Sons and we were off!!! Working in the landscape service and construction industry we grew our business. Eventually growing to the point of me leaving the fire service after 12 years to start our new chapter in life being self employed. We are very proud of our company and our employees that have helped shape us to where we are today. Our expertise of construction and services we provide today would not be possible if not for the network we have grown with all our contacts and supporters along the way.
